About purchasing

The purchasing process is as follows.

When purchasing products handled by our company, please contact your nearest sales office, or an exclusive agent and dealer. Please feel free to consult with us about selecting a product, or to request an estimate, etc.

When purchasing outside Japan

  • Our sales offices can be contacted by telephone from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays (except holidays). At other times, please contact us by fax or email.
  • Customers thinking of exporting purchased products should confirm this information (before making a selection).
