Since our founding as Japan’s first filter paper manufacturer, our products have built up a long track record of use.
We have a wide-ranging lineup of highly reliable products, used for research, analysis, and testing in a variety of fields that are progressing day by day.
Pretreatment of specimens
Our products are used to filter coarse foreign matter and precipitate in samples, and for filtration as pretreatment of specimens before measurement with analytic equipment.
In analytical filter paper, almost the entire product employs cellulose fibers which are at least 99% α-cellulose, i.e., pure cellulose with the highest degree of polymerization. Thus the product it has little effect on subsequent analysis results.
In addition, we have a wide-ranging lineup including membrane filters for precision filtration, and disposable syringe filters like DISMIC and LABODISC suitable primarily for small-quantity filtration, or pretreatment of specimens before measurement with analytic equipment.
We also have a lineup of filter units, and extensive applications.

Microbiological/particle testing
